·     Pre-Press: Briefly press your garment to remove moisture and wrinkles.

·     Press: Heat press at 315°F with High Pressure.

·     Time: Press for 7 Seconds.

·     Peel: HOT PEEL! Peel that film off immediately in one smooth motion.

• Seal: Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5-7 seconds to lock in the design.
